Buggy UI in shelf

Describe the bug
The book shelf and import UI is very slow and buggy.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Library'
2. Click on 'Add a book', then click 'Select a folder'
   UI lags a lot here
3. A book is selected almost 3 seconds after clicking on it.

Scrolling in the library shelf itself is pretty laggy

Note that the actual reader itself is very smooth.

Expected behavior
Everything should happen smoothly.

Additional context (optional)
A better solution would be just to add an external file picking option.

That's pretty weird. Seems like weak device + a lot of books for me. How many books in total you have? The book adding system will probably be reworked anyway.

About 50-60 books. I used to use MoonReader+ before this and it didn't have any problems like this. The only reason I stopped using it because it wasn't FOSS and then I found your amazing project and decided to use it as my primary eBook reader. However, this bug is a bit too annoying.

Plus I don't think it's a "weak device" per se, it has 8 GigaBytes of RAM with the Exynos 9611 processor. It's not that good but it should get a simple task as this done.
