Please, follow all of these checks (Issues that do not will be canceled):

  • This feature is not implemented and does not have opened/closed Issues.
  • I propose ONLY one feature at a time. One feature - one Issue.
  • I use English. This repository's language is English.
  • I properly filled the template below(not necessarily all parts, but at least first two).
  • I did not use any placeholder such as [Feature] or [Bug] in the title of the Issue.

Why you want this feature to be implemented? Please describe.
It is nice to be able to mark/quote parts of the book that you do not want to forget.
Imagine reading a poem or something beautiful that you like so much that you just mark it.

Describe the feature you'd like to be implemented
So the user is reading a book, likes a certain part, holds to select text and selects the part that he/she likes and next to copy, share, web search, ... options another option appears named quote or mark or whatever that the user can press to save that part in a DB for that book.

When a quote is made, the group of text that was selected could be highlighted by a little bit or get that "selected text" visual indication like in the below screenshot. And if the user clicks on that group of text he/she can delete the quote again if desired to undo his actions.

The user then sees a quotes tab on the overview screen for that book to see all his marks/quotes from that book.

Describe alternatives you've considered
none

Additional context
I am mainly recommending this feature, because right now my main go to book reader on android is ReadEra. It is what I would consider the best book reader rn, but it's closed source and a paid app.

I would highly recommend checking that app for further feature ideas, it is a well developed app with an amazing reader experience.
