Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

looks like only added/modified fields get saved. a re-retrieve then shows all fields.

Expected Behavior

it should automatically save all fields to disk regardless of them being changed after deployment

Steps To Reproduce

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Run '...'
See error...
