Issue with meeting agenda generation missing some users

Automatic generation of meeting templates at:

seems to be missing some users it was previously adding:

Project Representatives:

Non-Voting Project and Working Group Representatives

• Daniel Greenstein - OpenImageIO Representative

• Scott Wilson - Working Group for Rust Bindings Representative
• Stephen Mackenzie - Rez Representative

The missing attendees are back in the agenda template, but there seems to be a couple of missing newlines at the end of the Project Representatives and Industry Representatives sections:

The missing newlines is still an issue.

The following two people are not being added to the Non-Voting Project and Working Group Representatives section:

Also should Andrew Grimberg be added under LF Staff since he attends a number of TAC meetings?
