ceres 2.0.0 compatibility

Could you please look into what it would take to make rawtoaces compatible with the recently released ceres 2.0.0? This is currently blocking the version upgrade in macOS Homebrew.

In ceres 2.0.0. there are some minor API changes (probably not an issue), but more likely what needs attention is some smaller cmake changes, and also that it requires C++14 or newer.

OpenCV contribs recently added ceres 2.0 compatibility. Maybe this can help to see what is needed: opencv/opencv_contrib#2732

This hasn't yet been addressed yet, has it? Since updating ceres while brew installing opencolorio rawtoaces no longer functions, nor am I able to reinstall.
