Best practice for distributing RV in hybrid work environment?

Reaching out to see if anyone has a suggestions for ensuring their users all have the exact same default settings and packages set up. I've been out of RV for several years and it's come a long way.

We have users in the studio and remote on any given day (Mac x64, Mac arm64, Windows), and we want to do all we can to ensure that RV setup is as uniform as possible, with minimal or no manual steps required by the user. We do have a managed system using Jamf if that helps with pre-packaging RV.

We're not going to have a complex setup, but mostly want to ensure to set some of the color pipeline settings by default, etc. And while we'd love to rely on them always opening files from within FPT/Toolkit managed filesystem locations, that will not be the case either.

Would love it if there was a "bootstrap" process like TK has that we could hook into but RV doesn't work that way.
