Hi!

I have been trying to run the POEMColoc library using one SNP from GWAS catalog and some eQTL data from GTEx.

As a reference panel I used the 1000 Genomes chromosome 19 GDS file, but I found the error:

Error in POEMColoc(teste_selected, teste_eqtl_data, gds = "/lgcm/projects/OMICS_genomics/fernando.rossi/data/input/dados_Sa_POEMColoc/phase3.chr19.GRCh38.GT.crossmap.gds", : │·······
$ operator is invalid for atomic vectors

It looks like something in the POEMColoc function is causing an error.
