Bug on DellSetThermalSetting.

My laptop is xps9360 i7-8550u, DellSetThermalSetting only works when the laptop wakes up from sleep(s3).

2.1 version shows that the current status is UltraPerformance. At this time, the score of Cinebench R15 is only 600(Same as the score without using DellSetThermalSetting), but after laptop enters the s3 sleep and re-run Cinebench R15, the score is 800 and then you restart the laptop and the score goes back to 600. 2.1.1 version result is the same as 2.1.
