Stable diffusion applied to whole video

• Pick a frame from target video
• Selection of parameters to apply
• Ffmpeg can extract every frame from video
• Batch processing already here (applying selected parameters)
• Ffmpeg joins diffused framed together (I think audio source can be copied from original video)

i think its question for plugins, as its not often use case
i did one, but its ugly and maybe i will move it to separate repo
