The Plugin can't communicate with Automatic1111 #8369
-
I've installed using the 1 click xcc file, and added the --api flag to the webui command flags, but I still keep getting the error. Automatic1111 is running in the background as well. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it? |

The error message indicates that you need to start the web UI with the --api flag enabled, so that it can talk to the Automatic1111 service. To fix this, you will need to start the web UI like this: ./webui.sh --api |

The other day, I watched a YouTube video trying to figure out where I went wrong with the installation, as I had the same issue. There was one particular moment when the YouTuber said to add the --api tag in webui-user.bat - save it, and run it This is the missing information - run webui-user.bat to start Auto 1111, and the plugin will activate in Photoshop. I've been running webui.bat all this time; as per installation instructions, it still opens Auto 1111, but it doesn't activate the plugin. Leave a comment if this works for you also. |
