Hi,

First of all, thanks for working on this! I think the world really needs an open source/royalty free immersive audio format!

I'm a bit curious of how this new format will be carried over HDMI.
Will it use IEC 61937? If yes, will new a 61937 "part" standard be created for this?
Also, will the bitstream use standard HDMI Audio packets or High-Bitrate (HBR) Audio packets?
Maybe the AAC-LC and OPUS flavors will use standard HDMI Audio Packets and LPCM and FLAC will use HBR?

The spec is still in a draft stage - right now the only carriage format defined is ISOBMFF, but more could be added later.
