Let's also try to make sure that all notebooks can easily be run by a third party without any need for intervention by a speaker/author.
For those that used jupyter notebooks, we notably need Project.toml + Manifest.toml separately.
Another aspect that needs to be documented are Docker images that can be used / were used for each notebook to run during the workshop. (The default is in the Dataverse archive https://doi.org/10.7910/DVN/OYBLGK)
