D'une manière où d'une autre il faudrait parser ces évènements et les pousser sur IRC / Twitter.

Bon dans l'idéal discourse fournirait un ICS...

Par contre comment tu verrais l'intégration avec Alain au juste ?

un petit cron qui parse le fichier (y'a une lib pour parser les ICS), et qui alerte sur twitter, #afpy, et #python-fr à j-7, j-3, j-1, j0 ?

Damned https://discuss.afpy.org/discourse-post-event/events.ics a disparu. Bon en même temps ce n'était pas documenté...
