[BUG] Context menu item state management is not properly done

Bug Description

An item in the context menu stays on the hovered state after clicking on it.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Course Editor
2. Open file actions menu
3. Click any item in the menu, and observe the menu being immediately closed
4. Re-open the menu; the clicked item is in hovered state

Expected behavior

The item state must be reset each time the context menu is closed
