control over agnesi p, q in default basis

Do we need to add control over the Agnesi transform, in particular over q, in the default basis?

Perhaps, but I ultimately want users to not have to think about choices like these, so I'm torn. Best to leave it open for now I guess?

Just because we have a good default heuristic doesn't mean you never need to be able to override it. I'm happy to leave it open for now, unless/until we decide we need that control.
