braille dictionaries are not working in the development version

unfortunately the braille dictionaries feature still isn't working in the development version of BrailleExtender. this situation is very problematic, concidreing te fact that currently only development version of NVDA is compatible with the latest version of NVDA while the stable version of Braille Extender where this feature is working proparely is not compatible with the latest version of NVDA.. so please consider to fix this feature in the development version.
