Store installed Python packages come up in the registry now

It used to be that Python installed from the store would only show up under Appx Package listings, but now they come up under both the Appx and registry.

PS C:\Users\phil5> Get-PythonFromAppx
C:\Users\phil5\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.9_qbz5n2kfra8p0\python.exe
PS C:\Users\phil5> Get-PythonFromRegistry
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.9_3.9.3568.0_x64__qbz5n2kfra8p0\python3.9.exe
