On Tor Browser 6.5a2-hardened (though I suspect it is little to do with the Tor Browser version), the TorButton menu cannot be opened from the status line.

This looks (visually) similar to the issue with uBlock and uMatrix. --- MENU --- is briefly visible on the status line when the button is clicked.
