Add an example to provide an analysis of the location data for a given IPI data file

Requirement

Produce an example that enables anyone to independently produce an analysis of the 51Degrees IPI file. The following features are needed.

1. Specify the key fields that are used to produce groups. i.e. group by Continent, Country, LocationConfidence, and ConnectionType.
2. Output both the number of IP addresses that are included in the group, and the average geographic area in kilometers squared returned for the group.
3. Include all unique issued IP addresses in the analysis.
4. Output the results as a CSV file for further analysis.
