High-level backend overview:

For each user in users, get geolocation from Google Maps API
At any given point, given a series of users, user has available function to get centroid for any series of points
For a given centroid, Google Maps Places API is queried to return a list of recommended places

High-level frontend overview:
-Take 4 panel storyboard (panel 3) and build UI
