버그 설명

파라미터의 id값에 정수 범위를 초과한 값을 입력할 경우 500에러를 리턴함

버그 발생 정황

원했던 결과 / 과정

400 badrequest로 에러메세지와 함께 리턴하도록 수정해야함

컨트롤러단의 파이프에서 에러처리되고 있긴해서 최 후순위로 수정할 것
