Kotti field does not emit blur event at certain times

The kotti field does not emit blur event at certain times.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the part detail page of such AMPI part
2. Navigate to the Production tab and click “Advanced material comparison”
3. Open the filters and get focus on a range filter (e.g. Ultimate tensile strength)
4. Type a value
5. Press Tab
6. Repeat the steps from 3 to 5 with a filter that has a value and change the value or delete the value

NOTE: not always reproducible, try few times in a row - especially by selecting the first number in the minimal value field by mouse and then hitting tab

Expected behavior

• Filter is applied/updated with the input value or cleared
• Chip is created/updated with the correct value or cleared
