Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the catalog detail page for non catalog admin users, we want to disable deletion but enable download. This is not possible with current state of KtFileUpload. The delete button is always shown and enabled according to the property isDisable's value
Hide the text description of the KtFileUpload automatically when hideDropArea is true: we cannot upload files.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the possibility to have downloading enabled and deletion disabled.
In the case of ktFileUpload hiding the drop area so no way for the user to upload a file, we would like to show only the title but no description.
