CapMode - Tangent Sphere

One of the more common caps is a tangent sphere as it avoids discontinuities (and stress concentrations) in the geometry. This can be calculated easily from the beam information.

As a convenience, it would be good to include this a a butt type and avoid people having having to do the calculations in their own code.
