Feature suggestion - refresh list #1

Your plugin is very helpful, thank you.
It would be useful to have a way to refresh the list of styles without closing and opening the plugin.

Use case:

I use the plugin to identify objects that are not using my defined color styles
I then assign the correct style
I want to refresh the plugin to check that all objects using the incorrect style have now disappeared from the list.
