Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

When using inner content and adding multiple items, items cannot be added to the end of the group of items. This introduces frustrations for editors and has a highly inconvenient workaround of adding all of the apps in reverse-order, as apps added before the first get added correctly.

The correct behavior would be to add the app where the Quick-E button was pressed.

Instructions to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Create an app
  2. Make a content type that has an Inner Content field and a view using it
  3. Add the app to a page.
  4. Add 2 apps to it using the Quick-E toolbar.
  5. Try to add a 3rd app at the bottom, and observe that it is inserted in the second spot instead.
  6. Also, note that adding an app in any place except before the first item is instead added to the second spot instead.

Potentially helpful, is this demo app which just displays some text.
