Add an option to delete all Entities of a Content-Type

It should be great to have an option to delete all data for an entity, but without to delete entity type, or maybe to have in api some option to do the same

I think this is a good idea, probably something like this

1. Button at bottom to enable multi-select
2. When that is enabled, each row has a checkbox to the left to select a row
3. The checkbox-column also has a checkbox on top, if that is clicked all rows are selected / deselected
4. Mass operation buttons then would be
   1. Delete
   2. Export

I don't think this will have a high priority, but I do see that it would be useful, so let's keep it open for now.
