Work on the Athena queries tasks (#4510, #4511, #4523, #4524) may be blocked by not having access to the relevant data, and we haven't confirmed that we have it already or that we'll actually have it later.

This spike is a learning and investigation spike accompany those Athena queries tasks to reflect the work to ensure they can be worked. It is part of #4453.
