Is it possible for limited accounts to transfer ownership of the private repos?

I'm just wondering if it is possible to transfer ownership of the private repos to someone else?
If it's not, maybe we should ask for that too.

We should definitely raise that issue

GitHub added an option to make the repository public; still I think it's interesting if they add a download button! But transferring ownership also looks damn cool!
