Is experience with highly scalable systems capable of having 100s or 1000s of transactions per second adequate, or shall a successful offeror be required to have direct experience with systems that demonstrated transactions at this volume?

The vendor should have experience with highly scalable systems capable of these loads, though not necessarily direct experience with that level of actual usage.
