Clade does not work when directories are located on different filesystems #138

For instance, you can try to output a build base on a filesystem that differs from the one where you perform a build. Also, there may be issues with temporary directories and files that are actively used by Clade and that may be on another filesystem. Do not forget to consider an encoding conversion and different exotic extensions that may be unready for this sort of problems.
