After clicking on Sign up option in Register ,Nothing is happening

• The email address that you've entered already exists in the database. Try using another email address.
• To resolve the second error, you've to first run the server and then run the curl command. Follow the steps mentioned in the readme file.

Facing the same issue. When I Try to Register a user it shows the user already exists. Don't know what's happening. And from other terminals, it's showing no primary server available when connecting to MongoDB client. Can anyone help?

@ayazwani, please check whether you're connected to MongoDB or not.
