Nx community plugin for Eleventy

Nx is a "Smart, Extensible Build Framework" which allows you to "Build full-stack applications with modern tools and reinforce best practices for your entire development team".

It's a tool for setting up a monorepo with multiple backend and frontend apps, and they have many plugins for popular frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, Next, Gatsby, Express, Nest, etc., with TypeScript, testing, linting, and many other build tools "built-in".

They have a concept of community plugins, which anyone can build and contribute.

I was wondering if anyone here would like to build or collaborate on an Nx plugin for Eleventy. I also reached out to the Nx community in the #nx-plugins Slack channel to ask if they're interested in an Eleventy plugin, or would be interested in building or collaborating on one.

Benefits

1. All Eleventy users get to quickly scaffold Eleventy projects using Nx, and have the opportunity to try out Nx for the first time, or easily combine their Eleventy projects with other frontend and backend apps in a single workspace.
2. All Nx users get to quickly scaffold Eleventy projects using Nx, and have the opportunity to try out Eleventy for the first time, or integrate it into their existing workspaces with other frontand and backend apps.
