Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Does it make sense to add the scrubbing of Guest Authors from Co-Authors Plus as part of this?
I have seen Co-Authors being used in all the projects that I am currently on and if that is the case with a majority, it might make sense to scrub that data if it exists too.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I tried my hand at understanding how the Guest Authors' data works and also can write up something to get this going.
