Compatibility with images optimization plugins

Using Wordpress 5.3.2 and Microsoft Azure Storage for WordPress 4.3.1

Trying to optimize our pictures in order to use webp images with plugins like ShortPixel, WebP express, or Imagify.

But those plugins only offer the possibility to update the images from the local FTP folders under www/ while our pictures are stored under Microsoft Azure Storage using this plugin.

Is there a possibility to have this plugin compatible with those optimisation plugins ?
