While I hate ads, and in many ways find them intrusive and annoying, I've been wondering if there is a way we can add a minimal set of ads to the blog in a way that doesn't detract from it's usability; and also, if the revenue from them would even be enough to make it worthwhile.
Easiest way to do that is probably to add some for a month or two, play around with them a bit, and see. Worst case, I could probably write a blog post about what I tried, and why it was/wasn't worthwhile (potentially with some alternatives: Patreon, GitHub sponsors, etc?)
