Game Genie Code correction

Some Game Genie codes actually translate to other codes, for example, ATEOPT is actually ATAOPT. FCEUX accounts for this, but Nestopia does not, and instead says the code is invalid.

Open your hardware GG cassette

Enter ATEOPT, it will not wrap, i.e. invalid short code

Actually, it doesn't work on hardware either

Well, in Fceux, the Game Genie conversion tool does not follow the standard Game Genie rules, but it will attempt to correct the incorrect code to the correct GG code
