Script uses Selenium Web Browser Automation tool to scrap delegates` statuses from Shift Explorer's Delegate Monitor page.
Script can send the data to Ryver, Telegram and Discord with delegates who has status 'Not forging' or 'Missed block' on TestNet or MainNet.
Missed block
Delegate: name / @username
Last block forged: an hour ago
Next turn: 43 min 33 sec
Also it updates Discord audio channel to show the number of not forging delegates.
